Question: has me over and this year in 196. There is no fourth number.Is it worth something?

My answer: this depends on whether the number is missing was the result of any error in a mint or caused by wear of the currency or someone actually removing the currency number for any reason.

It would be impossible for me to tell you without being able to see the currency. you can try to take the reliable suppliers currency in your area for more accurate evaluation or if you can get a good picture of the coin you can try to submit your question, along with photography to specialized forums, get an opinion gathering currency a few collectors all in one place.
